Terms of Service

By accessing or using TrendsIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except as permitted by law.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Abuse our AI features by attempting to extract training data, prompts, or system instructions.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not generally provided except as required by law.

TrendsIQ owns the Service, including the underlying software, models, and content provided by us. You retain ownership of content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

AI-generated outputs are yours to use, subject to applicable law. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before publishing — AI may produce mistakes, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of generated content.

You're responsible for the API keys (Gemini, YouTube, SerpApi, Supadata) you connect to TrendsIQ. Usage of those keys is governed by the upstream provider's terms. We won't be liable for costs incurred on your provider account, including overages caused by your usage of the Service or by third parties who obtain access to your TrendsIQ account.

You're solely responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to upload and use it within the Service.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the Service. We'll provide notice when reasonable.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated predictions, scripts, hooks, or other outputs will achieve any particular result. Use them as a creative input, not a guarantee.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendsIQ's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
